What happens if it rains?

If it starts raining at your appointment time our technicians will wait until the rain passes to perform your services. If rain is anticipated for the entire day we will work with you to reschedule for the next available appointment that is convenient for you.

Are you insured?

Yes! Ollie’s Mobile Detail is licensed and insured. We are insured by the nation’s second largest auto insurance company with an A+ (Superior) rating. We maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. You’re assured a top-notch experience with Ollie’s Mobile Detail.

What size is my vehicle?

Small / Compact: Honda Civic, Ford Focus
Sedan or Midsize SUV: RAV4, Honda Accord
Truck or large SUV: RAM 1500, G-Wagon

When do I need to purchase the Pet Package?

Are you a dog trainer, walker, or boarder? Does your dog (or cat) ride with you all the time? Are your seats covered in so much fur you could make another dog? Then you need to purchase the pet hair removal service so we can ensure the best clean possible.

Will you need access to electricity and water?

Yes. If a hose hookup and electrical outlet is not available at your location give us a call to see if valet service is available for your appointment!

Can I cancel my appointment?

Of course! Please note that the down-payment is non-refundable since we have set aside time in our schedule to detail your vehicle.
