What happens if it rains?

If it starts raining at your appointment time our technicians will wait until the rain passes to perform your services. If rain is anticipated for the entire day, we will work with you to reschedule for the next available appointment that is convenient for you.

What size is my vehicle?

Small / Compact: Honda Civic, Ford Focus

When do I need to purchase the Pet Package?

Are you a dog trainer, walker or boarder? Does your dog ride with you all the time? Are your seats covered in so much dog hair you could make another dog? Then you need to purchase the pet hair removal service so we can ensure the best clean possible.

Will you need access to electricity and water?

Yes. If a hose hookup and electrical outlet is not available at your location give us a call to see if valet service is available for your appointment!
